Crisis Support

Purple Blossom Counselling

Counselling can be a supportive place to explore what you’re going through, but it’s important to know that Purple Blossom Counselling is not a crisis or emergency service.

If you’re feeling unsafe, overwhelmed by despair, or at risk of harming yourself or someone else, it’s important to reach out for immediate support.

If you are in immediate danger

If you are in crisis or feel that you are in immediate danger, please contact the emergency services by dialling 999.

If you need someone to talk to right now

If things feel very heavy, you don’t have to cope on your own. You might consider reaching out to someone you trust, such as a close friend, family member, or your GP.

There are also organisations who offer confidential, compassionate support at any time.
